Tattoo You Baby-Tee

Vintage fit ornate knit baby tee with so many antique bells and whistles selected from my personal collection (hoarding pile of trimmings and notions).

Cropped raglan in baby blue with “cut in” lace up crocheted v neck line.

Patterned out from one of my favorite vintage baby tees I cut into.

Main body - 100% wool

Deadstock jaggerspun in the color French blue

Sleeves- naturally dyed orange Osage Japanese 50/50 linen and paper yarn in ochre.

Hand crocheted neckline is 100% silk including the tie used - which is a braided silk cord with a cream patina from age - something I found at the flea in France extremely antique I believe Victorian but not officially dated.

The stoppers/ beads on the tassels are real bone beads - hand carved in the shape of skulls and every single one is unique from the last - something I picked up in an Austin antique store.

The neckline is also hand crochet into with invisible elastic thread for a more flattering fit. The underbust is heavily elasticized with nylon being knit into about 5/8ths of length right at the underbust line for the most flattering support and fit.
