Shipping policy

All Bonebuttons pieces are made to order by hand. Please allow approximately 8 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be crafted and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping times vary by destination and are in addition to the 8-week production window.

As each piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to cancel orders once production has begun. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.
