RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-measure nature of bonebuttons' pieces, all sales are final. Bonebuttons does not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-measure or one-of-one items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bonebuttonsknits@gmail.com with photos + details and we will work to make it right !

For pattern purchases (digital downloads), all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the file has been accessed.
