Custom Orders
For orders outside of currently available silhouettes, custom colors, etc.
At Checkout you will receive a custom orders form. Please include a description, potential inspiration images, ideal yarn/fibers you would like used (alpaca, mohair, wool, cotton, linen, etc.) as well as your measurements.
It is a 50$ deposit to start on your custom order. This is to cover cost of materials that may need to be purchased before knitting. The deposit will go towards your total cost of the piece that will be collected after you approve of the final knit and before shipment.
If your order for any reason is unable to be fulfilled or the quote given for your piece is out of your price range for the piece- your deposit will be 100% refunded.
Custom orders can likely be expected within one month of purchase however for bigger pieces please allow up to two months to knit after we discuss and come to a final sketch on your vision. All requests no matter how big/ small will be considered!
